Custom-Design Wedding Invitation Process

Step 1

Tell us about your event

→  Complete our Design Questionnaire

Step 2

Design Consultation

We will schedule a phone consultation to discuss your vision and overall aesthetic. If you are on Pinterest, we will also look through your inspiration boards and make a “wish list” of elements you’d like included in your invitation suite. Be sure to let us know if you have a specific budget we should be mindful of so we can better guide you towards the best printing options (Letterpress, Foil, Thermography, Offset). Following your consult, we will provide a quote for your total invitation suite. If the quote is accepted, a design retainer of 30% will be collected in order to begin the design process!

Step 4

Design Phase

Once the required design retainer has been received, we begin the design phase! Nicole and her designers will begin working on 3-5 different design options for you to review and customize. Typically our wedding invitation process goes through 2-3 rounds of designs depending on client feedback.

Step 4

Final Approval

After all revisions are completed and we’ve received your final approval, we will complete the remaining payment towards your invitation suite and move your project into production! (Production time is approximately 3-4 weeks).
